Continuous Mixers: CM 15-60
Area of Application: Continuous mixers of the CM 15-60 model series are designed for the continuous preparation of solids in the No-Bake process on a Furan, Phenol or Polyurethane basis. They can also be used for inorganic solids on a sodium silicate basis. Continuous mixers of the CM 3-8 model series are designed for the production of cores or molds.

- Mixers come equipped with anti-wear shells of high stability and long tool life.
- Mixing screw with adjustable mixer blade base bodies and screwed-on attachments as wear protection, chilled casting of very high service life. The mixing blade inserts are designed for easy replacement.
- Electric motor drive with soft start of the swivel joints as an option
- For quick sand change, the sand is fed to the mixer via an enclosed conveyor belt.
- The sand low rates are infinitely adjustable via electromagnetically controlled sand gate valves.
- The treatment capacity can be switched via a step switch on the control box.
- Frequency –controlled pumps are designed to feed the binder systems into the mixer via a low rate limiter; the low rate will be monitored at the metering valves.
- Machine control occurs via PLC control in the modes of operation of “Automatic “ or “Manual” , programs are available for the capacity measurement of sand or binders.
- Radio control option available.
